Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be happy working with The Digital Dubai. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for our services. Your signed Proposal may include specific terms; if so, those apply.

Monthly marketing plans

• Monthly plans (SEO, social media, Google Ads management and similar) can be cancelled at any time with 30 days' written notice to support@thedigitaldubai.com.
• Fees for the current month are not refundable, because work and team time are allocated at the start of each month.
• If your Proposal includes a minimum term, the remaining months of that term are payable if you cancel early.

Advertising budgets

Money already spent on advertising platforms such as Google, Meta, Microsoft or LinkedIn cannot be refunded by us, because it is paid to those platforms. Any unspent ad budget held by us on your behalf is refunded after the campaign is stopped and the platform has settled its final charges.

Website and design projects

• Projects usually start with an advance payment. Once design or development work has started, the advance is not refundable.
• If you cancel during the project, you pay for the work completed up to that point, and we hand over the completed work once paid.
• After you approve the final delivery, the project is considered complete and is not refundable.

One-time services

One-time services such as audits, logo design, account setup or consulting are not refundable once the work has started.

When we offer a refund

If we are unable to start or deliver a paid service for reasons on our side, we will refund the unused part of your payment in full.

How to request a refund

Email support@thedigitaldubai.com with your name, company, invoice number and the reason for your request. We reply within 5 working days. Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 working days. Bank or card charges are not refundable.
