These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of www.thedigitaldubai.com and to all services provided by The Digital Dubai. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or our services.

Our services

We provide digital marketing services including search engine optimisation (SEO), Google Ads and pay-per-click management, social media marketing, lead generation, graphic design, website design and development. The exact scope, deliverables, timelines and fees for each client are set out in a proposal, quotation or agreement ("Proposal"). If a Proposal conflicts with these terms, the Proposal applies.

Quotes and payments

• Prices on the website are starting prices and may change. Your Proposal confirms the final price.
• Monthly plans are billed in advance at the start of each billing period, unless agreed otherwise.
• Advertising budgets (for example Google or Meta ad spend) are separate from our management fee and are paid by you, either directly to the platform or through us.
• Invoices are payable within 7 days unless your Proposal says otherwise. We may pause work on overdue accounts.
• Prices exclude VAT, which is added where applicable under UAE law.

Your responsibilities

• Give us accurate information, timely feedback and the access we need, such as ad accounts, website logins and brand assets.
• Make sure any content, images or trademarks you give us are yours or that you have permission to use them.
• Make sure your products, services and adverts comply with UAE laws and the policies of advertising platforms.

Results

We work hard to grow your traffic, leads and sales, but results depend on many factors outside our control, such as search engine algorithms, platform policies, competition, market conditions and your own website and sales process. We therefore do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, leads or revenue.

Third-party platforms

Many services rely on platforms such as Google, Meta, Microsoft, LinkedIn and hosting providers. We are not responsible for their downtime, policy changes, account suspensions or ad disapprovals, though we will help you resolve them where we can.

Intellectual property

When you have paid in full, you own the final deliverables created specifically for you, such as website designs, ad creatives and content. We keep ownership of our own tools, templates, methods and know-how. We may show non-confidential work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

All content on this website, including text, graphics and logos, belongs to The Digital Dubai or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.

Confidentiality

Both sides will keep each other's confidential information private and use it only for the project, except where disclosure is required by law.

Term and cancellation

Monthly services continue until either side cancels in writing. Cancellation terms, notice periods and any minimum commitment are explained in our Refund & Cancellation Policy and in your Proposal.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, The Digital Dubai is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, such as loss of profit, revenue, data or business opportunity. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the affected service in the three months before the claim.

Use of this website

You agree not to misuse the website, including by sending spam through our forms, trying to gain unauthorised access, or uploading harmful code. Information on the website is for general guidance only and may change without notice.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Dubai, after both sides have first tried to settle it in good faith.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time you use the website or sign a Proposal applies.
